Talking to Myself

Often when we say that someone is “talking to themself”, we mean it in a way that questions that person’s sanity. But, in the Scripture, the skill of learning to “talk to yourself” is an important one. The Psalmist does it all of the time! If that’s the case, then what exactly should we say to our self?
